Are you an investment adviser or broker?

No. Northspire Solutions Ltd. is a consulting and analysis firm. We are not a registered dealer, broker, portfolio manager or investment adviser, and nothing we provide is investment advice. We do not arrange financing or sell securities.

What does "fixed scope" mean?

Each package lists its deliverables, timeline and what is not included. If your project needs more, we agree the extra scope and fee in writing before doing it.

How are prices set?

Prices are "from" estimates in CAD, excluding HST, based on the estimated hours for the package. The final fee is confirmed in your written scope. Nothing is paid on this site.

Do you visit sites?

Our work is desk-based. Site visits can be arranged separately. Specialist inspections such as engineering or environmental fieldwork are done by third-party professionals you or we engage, and are billed by them.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request, before you share documents. Please do not send confidential documents through the website forms.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We provide analysis based on the information and assumptions available. We cannot guarantee outcomes, returns, approvals or funding.
